2018:

• One of the greatest seasons in Titan history as he was selected the Dominick Taddonio Team MVP and the Horizon League Athlete of the Year
• Won the Horizon League title in 24:19
• Claimed 95th at the NCAA Division I Championships breaking the school 10k mark with a time of 30:34
• Finished runner-Up at NCAA Great Lakes Regional, highest Horizon League finish since 2008, with a time of 31:11
• Tallied three first place finishes breaking the yellow tape at the Canisius Alumni Classic, National Catholic Championships and the Running Fit-Detroit Mercy Titans Invitational
• The first Titan to ever win at Notre Dame and also set a course record at Cass Benton Park at the home meet with a 19:39 time in the four-mile race
• Broke the school record in the 8k at Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 23:54

• Led the Titans in all six of the events he took part in and posted a pair of wins and runner-up finishes and was in the top 10 in five races
• Just the sixth runner in school history to tally multiple victories in a season
• Was runner-up for the second-straight year at the Horizon League Championship in 25:08, the first Titan to post three top-five finishes at the conference meet
• Ended the year taking 35th at the 10k NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship in a career-low 31:26, giving him three top-100 finishes in his career at the GLR, just the fourth Titan in school history to accomplish that
• Just the third Titan in school history to win the Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invitational as he tied his then career low with a time of 20:24, the second fastest time at Cass Benton Park in school history
• He also won the Canisius Alumni Classic in 24:27
• Set the Titans’ all-time 8k mark crossing the finish line in 24:15 for 10th at the Greater Louisville Classic
• Was second at the National Catholic Championship in 25:06, just 10 seconds behind the winner and the top finisher for all 86 Division I harriers
• That was also the fourth fastest run in school history at Notre Dame, while the runner-up mark was the highest a Titan has ever finished in the 37-year history of the event

2015:

• Took part in six races and led the team in five of them, earning the Dominick Taddonio Team MVP
• He also posted five top-10 performances, four top-five finishes and a pair of runner-up efforts
• Set his 8k career low of 24:41 for second at the Horizon League Championship, the third Titan in school history to take runner-up at the league event
• His time was also tied for the second-fastest 8k time in the Detroit Mercy record books
• Led all Horizon League runners at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship with a career-best 31:34 for 35th, a PR by 19 seconds from his run at the regional as a freshman
• It was also the sixth best time in school history, while the 35th-place finish is the second highest at Detroit Mercy behind only Titan Hall-Of-Famer Ken Dubois' finish of 23rd in 1985
• He was also second at the Canisius Alumni Classic with a 24:48
• Placed 10th at the National Catholic Championship in 25:23, the best finish by a Titan at Notre Dame since 2005 and the best time on the course since 2001

2014:

• Named the team's Newcomer of the Year
• A great start to his collegiate career running in all seven races and finishing in the top two in all seven, including leading the team twice
• All-HL First Team as he posted a season-low 24:55 for fifth at the Horizon League championship, the best finish ever by a Titan true freshman in school history
• Claimed 79th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship in 31:53, the best time ever by a Titan freshman at the NCAA event and the sixth quickest in school history
• His 79th place is also tied for the third best finish by a freshman in school history as well as tied for 20th overall in the Detroit record book
• Started his collegiate career with a fourth-place finish at the Golden Grizzly Open in 19:05
• Took sixth at the 28th Annual Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invitational with a time of 20:39
• Recorded a 25:27 for 12th at the National Catholic Championship, the highest finish and the best time by a Titan at the event since 2005
• Finished 83rd at the Greater Louisville Classic in 25:25, a time that is now fifth at the GLC in school history

High School:

• A local product who spent his first three years of high school at Shrine before moving to Italy and attending the International School of Turin
• As a senior, he placed sixth at the Italian national cross country championship as well as eighth in the 5000-meters at the Italian championships
• At Shrine in 2012, he was All-State in cross country taking eighth at the Division 4 championship, while winning the regional title, and that was after qualifying for the states in 2010 and 2011
• He was also All-Catholic as a freshman and the Catholic League champion as a sophomore and junior, helping his team win the Catholic League championship in 2010
• In track, he was a regional champion in the 3200m and 4x800-meter relay and was runner-up in the 1600m as a sophomore and also took second place in the 3200m as a freshman

 
Personal:

• Son of Michelle and William Kendell
• Both of his parents were student athletes and graduated from the University as his mother, Michelle Vogt, was a member of the first-ever women’s cross country team in 1984 and his dad was a fencer
• His sister, Claire, is a freshman on the cross country and track and field team
• An Electrical Engineering major
