2015: Ran in one race on the season taking 42nd in 25:56 at the Golden Grizzly Open… A member of the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and the Horizon League Fall & Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2014 Outdoor: Ran leg of Horizon League runner-up 4x400m (3:17.57) after 50.49 400m PR placing 9th…ran on winning 4x400m versus Oakland and was 3rd in 400m (51.86) and 5th in 200m (23.44).

2014 Indoor: Member of Horizon League runner-up 4x400m (3:17.33) after 14th place 400m finish running 51.43…50.84 400m indoor PR at GVSU Big Meet..600m PR of 1:25.40 at Simmons-Harvey Invitational… 500m debut of 1:07.72 at YSU National Invitational.
 
2013 Outdoor: Outdoor debut running 400m in 51.52 and 200m 23.17 at Toledo…2nd place in 400m versus Oakland in 51.43…22.93 200m PR at Hillsdale…member of Xth place Horizon League 4x400m after placing 11th in 400m at 50.70 and 20th in 200m (23.37).

2013 Indoor: Collegiate debut running 51.27 for 400m and 23.36 for 200m at Notre Dame…600m debut of 1:26.24 at Simmons-Harvey Invitational…season best 200m at YSU National Invitational of 23.23 after a 51.42 400m..Horizon League finishes of 16th in 400m (51.19) and 21st in 200m (23.28).

High School: A 2012 Michigan State Division 2 finalist helping the 4x400m team to an eighth-place finish... Was also a regional champion in 2012 in the 400m and part of the 4x400m team... Also earned two letters in football and one in basketball as a Muskrat... Was football captain and All-League honorable mention in 2011 as a defensive back.

Personal: Son of Art and Tonya Wirgau... Born in Marine City... Has two siblings, Austin and Allie... Was part of International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, Extreme team (speed enhancement), Recycling Club... Also enjoys music.
