2009 Cross Country: Won team Student-Athlete award…Top Titan finisher at the Golden Grizzly Open improving his time by two minutes….Also the top Titan at the Michigan Intercollegiate….Ran his PR in all but one race on the season and averaged 1:49 faster on the five courses that were the same as in 2008….Broke the 26-minute barrier running a 25:53 at Bowling Green and then improved his Horizon League finish by 35 spots finishing 43rd…Finished 161st in his first NCAA Great Lakes Regional appearance.

Outdoor: Opened season with a pair of PR splits of 1:54.9 on the sprint medley (3:28.81) and 1:56.5 on the 4x800m (7:53.00 #9 Titan)…Won the 800m in the Oakland Dual with his 1:55.58 PR that ranks 10th on the Titan all-time list…Ran 1:55.64 at EMU….Used big kick to drop 1500m by 9-seconds running 4:04.47 at the Paddock Invite…11th in Horizon League championship 800m running 1:57.19.

Indoor: 4:29.41 mile PR at Notre Dame...800m indoor PR of 1:58.61 for second at Grand Valley and lowered PR to 1:57.78 at Akron…Ran 800m leg of 1:56.7 on third place HL distance medley and took 14th in the Mile.

2008 Cross Country: Won team’s Most Improved Award…Improved 8k by over two minutes…Ran 28:32 at National Catholics and then lowered PR to 27:35 at Louisville…78th place at Horizon League running 28:20.

Outdoor: Named the team’s Most Improved Runner…Opened season with 4:18.5 1500m PR at Meet Cancelled Classic and follow it up the next week with first sub-2 800m as a Titan at Cincinnati at 1:59.26…Broke 2 at the Oakland dual and Toledo before running PR’s at Horizon League running 1:57.36 for 12th in 800m and 4:13.76 for 19th in the 1500m.

Indoor: Ran 1:57.1 800m split on 3rd place Horizon League Distance Medley (10:09.50)… Indoor PRs of 2:00.38 for 800m at Silverston Invite and 1:25.46 for 600m at Windsor.

2007 Cross Country: Redshirt.

Outdoor: Season cut short by injury…2:01.69 season best at Hillsdale.

Indoor: 1:29.22 600m PR at Windsor…800m indoor best of 2:03.15 at EMU.

2006 Cross Country: 4-mile PR of 23:35 at Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invite…8k PR of 30:12 at National Catholics.

High School: 2006 Michigan Division 2 800 meters state qualifier…2005 Michigan Division 2 800 meters seventh place.
