2008-09: Won first varsity letter...Placed 12th at Istvan Danosi Michigan Open at Wayne State in the women’s foil competition...Tallied 17 victories in her first season of fencing...Won six bouts at Northwestern Mega-Meet and helped the UDM women’s team earn four dual victories...Went 4-10 at MFC Championships to help women’s foil squad top Bowling Green in the team competition and recorded a 65th place finish individually.

Prior to UDM: No fencing experience...Four-year letterwinner in swimming...Named team captain as a junior and senior...Helped swim team to undefeated season and MAC Blue Division crown in 2007...Also a three-year letterwinner in track...Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of James and Janice McMahon...Has a brother, Trevor, and sister, Kaitlyn...Born July 19...Majoring in the five-year physician’s assistant program.
