2012-13: Ended a great career by receiving the University of Detroit Mercy’s President's Award, given to Detroit's top male and female most outstanding senior student-athletes… Earned All-Horizon League for the second time in her career as she helped the Titans win an NCAA tying record of nine events, including the Horizon League Championship and advancing to the NCAA Central Regional Championship… She was also part of the Titans first HL title and NCAA Regional appearance as a freshman… Finished fifth on the team with a career-best 79.9 average in 24 rounds out on the links… Was top 20 in nine events and top 10 six times… Started the year with a fourth-place finish at the Detroit Titans Invitational, totaling a 150 (77-73)… Earned a share of 15th at the Dayton Fall Invitational with a 152 (78-74)… Tied for seventh at the Magnolia Spring Break Classic with a 161 (79-82)… Had back-to-back fourth-place efforts at the Sunshine Spring Classic (155, 73-82) and the IPFW Spring Break Classic (153, 77-76), leading the team at IPFW… Took sixth at the Purple Eagles Invitational with a 160 (78-82) and tied for ninth at Bowling Green (158, 83-75)… Placed in the top 20 at the Horizon League Championship for the fourth time by finishing 16th with a 243 (80-85-78)… Shot a 259 (85-85-89) for 124th at the NCAA Central Regional… Her 79.9 average as a senior was seventh in school history… She also finished her career with an 82.4 average in 94 rounds of golf, sixth in Titan history, with 15 top-10 efforts and 27 top-20 performances… A member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)…A four-year member of the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and was also named to the Horizon League’s Fall and Spring Academic Honor Roll and the HL Spring All-Academic Team... Also earned WGCA All-American Scholar for the third time.
2011-12: Named All-Horizon League…Finished second on the team with an 80.5 average, while playing in all 11 events and 23 rounds on the links…Had eight top-20 finishes and seven top-10 efforts on the year…Was in the top 10 in five-straight tournaments heading into the Horizon League Championship…Won her first collegiate tournament shooting a 160 (80, 80) at the Detroit Titans Invitational…Was runner-up at the Benbow Invitational posting a career-best 72 on the final 18 to end with a 150…Also tied for third at UDM’’s Sunshine Spring Classic firing a 154 (73, 81)…Placed 19th at the HL Championship with a 259 (86, 86, 87) total…Tabbed Horizon League Golfer of the Week on April 19 following her ninth-place effort at Bowling Green, where she shared ninth with a 158 (77, 81)…In the fall, she posted a then collegiate-best round with a one-over 74 at the Detroit Titans Fall Classic, taking seventh in the process with a 151…She was part of the Titan squad that won the event and broke the school’s 18 and 36-hole record with a 590 (303, 287)…Tied for ninth at the NIU Huskie Classic carding a 163 (83, 80)…Was part of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)…A member of the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll as well as the Horizon League’s Fall & Spring Academic Honor Roll... Also selected Academic All-Horizon League.
2010-11: Played in all 12 events and 27 rounds of golf for the red, white and blue…Finished third on the team with an 83.5 stroke average…Recorded six top 20 finishes…Her best tournament finish was twice tying for eighth at the IPFW Spring Classic (163-85, 78) and the Falcons Invitational (81)…That 81 at Bowling Green led her to be named the Horizon League Player of the Week for the first time in her career on Apr. 20…Earned 14th at the Titans Invitational shooting a 260 (87, 86, 87), while taking a share of 13th at the Horizon League Championship with a 251 (83, 85, 83)…Her best finish in the fall was a share of 15th after carding a 156 (74, 82) at the Dayton Invitational, which included her season-best 18-hole effort of 74 in the first round…Claimed a piece of 16th place at the Zippy Invitational posting a season-best 36-hole total of 243 (78, 79, 86)…Earned a place on the UDM Athletic Director’s and the Horizon League’s Fall and Spring Academic Honor Rolls as well as the National Golf Coaches Association Women’s All-American Scholar Teams.
2009-10: Played 20 rounds last season and started each of the final four tournaments of the year…Her opening-round 76 helped propel the Titans to the 18-hole lead at the 2010 Horizon League Championship and the team never looked back en route to its first conference crown…Her first-round score set a new personal best…Ended up 15th individually in that tournament, the third time she cracked the Top 20 as a freshman…Also turned the trick at Chicago State (T-18) in her first college start as well as at the Titan Invitational (T-13)…Finished her rookie season with an 86.2 stroke average.
Personal: A two-time All-State player at Grand Haven High School…Led Grand Haven to 13th place at the 2008 Division 1 state finals in her final season with the team…She also won three in-season invitationals as a senior and was named O-K Red All-Conference for a fourth straight year…Hansen won the Riverwood State Junior girls championship during 2008 summer play while finishing 13th at the Michigan Girls Junior and fourth in Player of the Year points on the Adams Golf Junior Tour… Finished in a 16th-place tie at the 2009 Michigan Junior Girls Amateur Championship… Ended up third in Player of the Year points on the Adams Golf Junior Tour the same summer, as well as 15th on the Golf Association of Michigan’s honor roll…Posted a pair of Top 10 finishes in TaylorMade Adidas Collegiate Tour events during her summer schedule before her sophomore season…Her sister Raquel played collegiately at Ferris State before graduating in 2009…A nursing major.
