2016-17: A member of the starting line-up in all nine events on the season… Was fourth on the team with a career-low 83.46 average… Started the season by carding a career-best 240 (82-80-78) for 28th at the NKU Fall Classic… Tied for 19th at the Fort Wayne Spring Classic registering a 243 (82-79-82)… Claimed 35th at the Horizon League Championship shooting a 256 (92-78-86)… Honored with the Leadership Medallion Award, Global Jesuit Business Student Association Award, Marketing Award and Business Administration Award at the University Honors Convocation… Received the Reverend Norbert Huetter Award at the athletic banquet, given to a student-athlete who sets an example for others by their display of attitude, dedication and leadership… Earned the Academic Excellence Award, achieved by recording at least a 3.0 GPA for every semester that they have participated in college athletics… A member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and the Horizon League Fall and Spring Academic Honor Roll… Selected to the Horizon League All-Academic Team... Named an All-American Scholar by the Women's Golf Coaches Association... Co-President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)... Finished her career 11th in school history with an 84.27 average in 66 rounds of golf… 

2015-16: Started all 10 tournaments on the year and was in the top two in six of them… Finished third on the team with an 83.62 average and had four rounds in the 70’s… Posted a career-best 244 (84-82-78) and tied for 39th at the Rocket Classic… Started the season shooting an 81 at the UIC Shootout sharing 22nd… Claimed 31st at the Loyola Fall Invitational with a 247 (82-86-79)… Placed 20th at the Golden Grizzly Invitational recording a 165 (86-79)… Tallied a 159 (80-79) and took third at the Robert Trent Jones Challenge… Shared 23rd at the IPFW Spring Classic with a 169 (87-82)… Totaled a 255 (91-80-84) and tied for 32nd at the Horizon League Championship, seven strokes better than her score as a freshman… A member of the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll as well as the Horizon League Fall & Spring Academic Honor Roll… Voted to the Horizon League Spring All-Academic Team... Tabbed an All-American Scholar by the Women's Golf Coaches Association... A member of SAAC, where she served as the Secretary and Social Media representative… 

2014-15: Earned her way into the starting line-up in the spring and ended up playing in six events with four starts… Was third on the team with an 84.69 average and had one top-20 finish… Shared 14th at the IPFW Spring Classic with a career-best 156 (81-75), which included a career-low 4-over 75 in round two… Tied for 34th with a 171 (89-82) at the Butler Spring Invitational… Totaled a 167 (83-84) tying for 44th at the Falcon Invitational… Was fourth on the team and 32nd overall at the Horizon League Championship with a 262 (87-87-88)… Saw action in one event in the fall playing as an individual and taking 38th at the Golden Grizzly Open with a 175 (91-84)... A member of the Detroit Athletic Director's Honor Roll and the Horizon League Fall & Spring Academic Honor Roll... Earned WGCA All-American Scholar honors... 

2013-14: Appeared in five tournaments on the year and had an 87.7 average in eight rounds on the links… Made her collegiate debut as an individual in the fall at the Rocket Classic, carding a 253 (86-80-87) for 66th… Fired a season-low 77 in the second round of the Dayton Fall Invitational on her way to a 166 (89-77) and sharing 57th… Shot an 89 for 13th in the Detroit Duel vs. Seminole State… A member of the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.  

Personal: Won a regional championship as a junior in a playoff and came back her senior year to capture medalist honors at the Catholic League Championship and the Farmington Invite… She earned a number of accolades as a prep including All-Area First Team (2011 and 2012), Honorable Mention All-State Division 2 as a junior, Honorable Mention All-State Division 1 as a senior and All-Academic and All-Catholic League in 2012… Helped her squad to back-to-back regional championships (2010-11) as well as an Oakland County and a Catholic League title as a senior… The Catholic League championship was the first by Mercy since 2008… The team also finished runner-up at the Division 1 state championship this past season and third at the Division 2 state championship in 2011… A two-time team captain, Montone earned the Operation Friendship Scholar-Athlete Award as a senior… A member of the Link Leaders, Pro-Life Club Leader, Human Relations Council, and National Honors Society in high school… Both her father and grandfather attended the University… A Business major.
