All-Horizon League - Second Team - Heptathlon - 2007
2009 Outdoor: Horizon League heptathlon third place finish, improving her UDM record to 4,100, and then ran lead-off for fifth place 4x100m...Also made finals of javelin and 400-meter hurdles…Finishing seventh with personal record of 93’2” in javelin, #10 on Titan all-time list, and was ninth in 400mH at 70.68…Won javelin (80’4”) versus Oakland…3,796 score for 10th in heptathlon at Bucknell.
Indoor: Fifth place in Horizon League pentathlon scoring 3,017 points, including #6 all-time Titan 60-meter hurdles of 9.62 and career mark of 33’11.5” in shot put…Improved her UDM pentathlon record to 3,024 for ninth at Michigan Intercollegiate.
2008 Outdoor: Won the squad’s Student-Athlete Award… Returned to the Horizon League podium taking third in the Heptathlon scoring 3,913 points after overcoming health issues during indoor season…Ran a leg of the fifth place 4x100m as well as making the 400mH final with a season best of 69.09 finishing eighth…Also 10th in the javelin at 86’5” and 11th in the long jump at 16’8”…Won the long jump at the Meet Cancelled Classic.
Indoor: Opened season improving her pentathlon to 2,973 at the Macomb Opener that included equaling her career high in the 60mH at 9.86.
2007 Outdoor: Won team Student-Athlete Award… Runner-up in Horizon League heptathlon with UDM record of 4,091 that included her 800m PR of 2:29.84 and a then PR’s of 16’10.5” in long jump and 87’2” in javelin…A week later at Horizon League Championships, she scored in two events with a total of four event personal records,
earning fifth in long jump with a 17’1.25” PR and 400mH at 67.05... Finalist in 100mH (16.10) finishing eighth and earned a preliminary personal record of 66.17 in 400mH…Heptathlon debut of 3,844 at Bucknell ranked as #3 Titan and 41 points shy of best Titan debut…400m record of 60.58 at Hillsdale ranks as #12 on the all-time school list.
Indoor: Won team Comeback Award…Debut in pentathlon at Golden Flash Gala with UDM record of 2,839…Improved her record to 2,905 at Windsor and scored sixth in the HL pentathlon with 2,893 points…Horizon League finalist in long jump taking seventh with indoor career best leap of 16’8.5” as well as ninth in the 60mH with a PR of 9.86 which ranks as #9 Titan mark…High jump personal best of 4’10.25” in HL pentathlon.
2006: Injury riddled season…Began work on becoming a multi-event competitor…Learned hurdling and ran 60mH career time of 10.31.
High School: 2005 Michigan Division 2 state qualifier in the long jump, 4x100m, 4x200m and the 4x400m...2004 Michigan Division 2 seventh-place performance in the long jump and was a qualifier in the 200m.
