Making their last appearance in the red, white and blue are senior defenseman
Chris Butts and senior goalie
Vince Diana. Both came to the Motor City as transfers last season in the Titans' inaugural campaign and have played a major part in building the foundation of the UDM lacrosse program.
Detroit will look to end its second season of lacrosse on a high note that has already seen two wins on the year, including one in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC). The Titans have battled teams tough all year long with nine games decided by four goals or less, including a pair of one-goal setbacks.
Wagner (1-12, 1-6 MAAC) comes into the game after a heartbreaking 9-8 loss against Saint Joseph's on Wednesday, a game that the Seahawks trailed 8-0 at the half before getting within one with over a minute left in the contest. Wagner's lone win on the season was an 8-7 overtime thriller against VMI. The Seahawks have also played four straight one-goal games.
Tickets for all home Titan lacrosse games start at $5 per adults and $3 for children 13 and younger and senior citizens (60 and older). Group tickets are also available for $3 per ticket for groups of 15 or more.
