“We have to continue to work and improve. Our newcomers continue to progress and some of our returners struggled today, but established programs are established for a reason and we will continue to take the experience from these types of meets,” stated head coach Todd Dressell.

The next event for the fencing teams will be the UDM Invitational held at Calihan Hall this Sunday. It is the lone home match-up of the 2010-11 season as Detroit will welcome Wayne State and Michigan State to the UDM campus. The event begins at 9:00 a.m., as Wayne State and Michigan will go head-to-head first with the Titans to follow immediately after around 10:30 a.m., against Michigan State first, followed by Wayne State.
