ON TAP
Detroit returns home for a three-game homestand, hosting Wright State Satuday in a Homecoming affair.  The Titans will reach the midway point of the Horizon League schedule following the game and will have 10 games remaining on the regular season docket (9 HL games, BracketBuster).

SCOUTING THE RAIDERS
Wright State comes in with an identical 9-11 overall mark but sits a game in front of the Titans in the Horizon League standings at 4-4.  WSU enters play this week just 1.5 games out of the coveted second-place (and HL tournament double bye into the semifinals) in a wide-open league race.  Julian Mays leads the squad with a 13.4 points per game effort.

THE SERIES WITH WSU
The all-time series with Wright State now sits in the hands of Detroit, 21-20.  Last season, the Titans swept the series, bookending the Horizon League portion of their schedule with wins on each end.  The conference slate opened on Dec. 4 and UDM took a 78-69 win at home before a regular season-ending 77-67 victory at the Nutter Center on Feb. 25.

WHAT'S NEXT?
Detroit tips-off its three-game homestand with Wright State on Saturday for Homecoming, followed by Loyola (Jan. 25) and UIC (Jan. 27).  The next road trip is the Indiana swing at Valpo (Feb. 2) and Butler (Feb. 4).

LAST TIME OUT
Hot perimeter shooting pushed the host Milwaukee Panthers past Detroit, 84-74, Saturday night at U.S. Cellular Arena in Horizon League play.  Milwaukee made 10 triples in the first half en route to a 20-point halftime cushion to remain atop the league standings.  Detroit was led by Ray McCallum's 23 points.  The sophomore also had four assists, two steals and two rebounds.  Senior Chase Simon added 14 points while Eli Holman etched his first double-double of the season with 12 points and 11 rebounds off the bench.

ALL-AROUND GUY
Sophomore Ray McCallum appears in the top 10 on a handful of categories in the Horizon League statistics.  The Preseason HL Player of the Year is the league's second-leading scorer (15.3 ppg), is fourth in assists (3.7 apg), fifth in free throw percentage (79.3) and seventh in steals (1.3 spg).  McCallum leads the team in scoring, assists and steals again this year after becoming the first freshman in school history to claim that honor last season.

SILVER DOUBLE-DOULBLE
Senior Eli Holman registered the first double-double of his season in Saturday's loss at Milwaukee.  His 12-point, 11-rebound effort gave him his 25th career double-double.  Holman led the Horizon League in that category last year with 13.

THE PUSH TO 1,000
Three Detroit players are pushing towards the four-digit point total for their careers.  Senior Chase Simon already surpassed the mark and sits at 1,206 heading into Saturday's game.  Senior Eli Holman is at 856 and sophomore Ray McCallum is at 752.  Depending on the number of games beyond the regular season are played, both Holman and McCallum could reach 1,000 by maintaining their current scoring averages.
