Women's Soccer Game Day Central
DETROIT (9/12/2012) -- The women's soccer match scheduled between the Detroit Titans and Eastern Michigan Eagles for this Thursday, Sept. 13 has been postponed due to travel difficulties.
Due to team travel difficulties for Detroit returning from Hawaii, the game will be postponed. At this time, it has not been determined whether the game will be made up.
Detroit and EMU have met once every season since 1995 with Eastern Michigan holding a 7-6-4 overall series edge. UDM won last year's match at Titan Field on Aug. 23, 2011 by a 4-0 score on the strength of three goals from
Lauren Roffey.
The next contest for Detroit will come this Sunday as the Titans will host IUPUI at 3:00 p.m.
