Ashley Mauser picked up her third win of the weekend, tossing a complete game shutout while compiling 10 strikeouts along the way.
Four different Titans had RBIs and
Jordan Manno and
Alyssa Lang each had a pair of hits. The win versus Cornell gave the red, white and blue a 3-2 record on the weekend.

Manno and
Kori Keyes started the day off with back-to-back singles in the bottom of the first, but the Titans were unable to capitalize.
Mauser got into a jam in the top of the fourth when Cornell had runners on the corners with no outs, but she worked her magic as usual, getting out of the jam with relative ease.
She struck out the next batter at the plate looking, followed by Manno picking the runner off at third base after a failed squeeze attempt from the batter.
With two outs and breathing room, Mauser went back to work and struck out the batter swinging, negating any potential damage and keeping the score level at 0-0.
Courtney Gilbert then led off the bottom half of the inning with a single, sparking the offense for the Titans. Gilbert advanced into scoring position when she stole second base, and Lang hit a shot up the middle, putting runners on the corners with one out.
Maggie Hampton came in to pinch run for Lang and stole second, putting two runners in scoring position for
Liz Paver.
She laid down a picture perfect squeeze bunt, and all runners were safe, including Gilbert who scored at the plate, giving the Titans a 1-0 lead.
Jen Lorenz then hit a sacrifice fly into left center field, scoring Hampton and doubling the Titans lead to 2-0.
In the bottom of the fifth,
Piper Roth led off the action with a walk, before
Taylor Gauthier came in to pinch run for her.
Gauthier stole second and put herself into scoring position for Manno, which was all she needed, as she ripped a double into left center and scored Gauthier with ease, making the score 3-0.
Ellie Boteler led off the bottom half of the sixth inning with a single into right field, and Emily Wagnebrenner came on as a pinch runner in her place.
Wagenbrenner stole second base, which put her in scoring position for Lang, who tattooed a double into left center field, extending the Titans lead to 4-0.
Lang came around to score on a throwing error, giving the Titans a 5-0 lead after six innings.
With a comfortable lead, Mauser went back out to the mound and took care of business. She struck out three batters swinging, completing her shutout on the day and securing a 5-0 victory for the Titans.
Mauser pitched 20.1 innings on the weekend, while striking out 23 batters and allowing only one earned run en route to three victories.
ON DECK
After completing a winning weekend down in Madeira Beach, the Titans will head back to Detroit for four days, before heading right back down to Madeira Beach for seven games over spring break.
