DETROIT (6/20/2019) -- The University of Detroit Mercy men's and women's cross country team announced their 2019 schedule today with the year kicking off at home.

The 2019 opener for both teams will be the 33rd Annual Running Fit-Detroit Mercy Invitational on Sept. 7 at Cass Benton Park in Northville. The day will also feature men's and women's open and high school races, middle school races and a Tommy Titan kid's race. 

The Titans will then make the annual trip to Notre Dame for the National Catholic Championships on Sept. 20.

The regular season will conclude with the Greater Louisville Classic on Oct. 5 and the Canisius Alumni Classic on Oct. 19.

The postseason will all take place in November as the Horizon League Championships will be at NKU on Nov. 2, the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships at Wisconsin on Nov. 15 and the Division I Championships at Indiana State on Nov. 23.
