DETROIT (1/8/2020) -- The University of Detroit Mercy men's basketball team will now get on the road for four-straight games, starting with a trip to Ohio and opening with Cleveland State on Thursday, Jan. 9.
Game time is set for 7 p.m., and will be broadcast live on ESPN+ well as over the air on 910 AM Superstation withÂ

Last season, Detroit Mercy swept the series with Cleveland State as it owns the all-time series, 44-24.
The Titans are coming off a competitive weekend against the two Horizon League preseason favorites, defeating NKU and just falling short versus Wright State.Â
Sophomore
Antoine Davis continues to shine as one of the top scorers in the country as he is second in the country and leading the Horizon League in scoring at 24.9 points per game. He is coming off a 24-point performance against the Raiders and now has 12 games on the season with 20 or more points and four 30-point outings.Â

Cleveland State was picked to finish last in the preseason poll, but the Vikings have played better than that prediction with a 6-10 overall record and a 2-1 mark in the league.Â
Following the contest, Detroit Mercy will finish off its Ohio road trip at Youngstown State on Saturday.Â
ALL-TIME SERIES
- The Titans swept the series last season and have won six of the last eight meetings to take a 44-24 lead in the match-up.Â
