Julie Ann Piechocki each had a shot on goal while the trio accounted for all of Detroit Mercy's eight total shots as the Titans fell 3-0 at IUPUI on Sunday afternoon.
In the first half, the Detroit Mercy (6-7-1, 4-3 HL) defense surrendered a goal just three minutes into the match and then another one with just two minutes at the end of the half for a 2-0 halftime deficit.
IUPUI (6-2-6, 2-2-3 HL) then added another goal in the 77th minute of the second half to seal their second league win of the season
Detroit Mercy continues their two-game road swing at Milwaukee on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 6 p.m.
