DETROIT (11/18/22) -- The University of Detroit Mercy men's and women's track and field teams announce the 2022 indoor schedule which is set to begin in early December.
Familiar Places
The Titans will begin the indoor season the same way they have done 13 of the last 14 seasons; heading to South Bend, Indiana for the Blue and Gold Invitational hosted by Notre Dame on Friday, Dec. 2 at 5 p.m.
Detroit Mercy will then travel to Fort Wayne, Indiana for the Mastodon Invitational where - like Notre Dame - the Titans have frequented over the last several years. The meet will take place on Saturday, January 21 following some time off for the semester break.
A pair of trips to Grand Valley State for the Bill Clinger Classic (January 27) and the GVSU Big Meet (February 10-11) bookend a visit to Ohio for the Akron Invitational on February 3-4.
The Titans finish out the regular-season portion of the schedule with the Silverston Invitational on Friday, February 17.
Post-Season
The Horizon League Championship meet will be held February 25-26 hosted by Purdue Fort Wayne.
