DETROIT (2-15-25) - Graduate Student Emaia O'Brien posted a team-high 22 points on 9-for-16 shooting and 3-for-9 from 3-point range on Senior Day. However, it was not enough as Detroit Mercy put forth a valiant effort but fell 76-60 to Green Bay on Saturday afternoon at Calihan Hall.

Graduate student Jasmine Edwards and senior Katie Burton also chipped in with five points each.

Detroit Mercy (13-11, 7-9 HL) tied the game at 12-12 to open the first quarter before Green Bay (23-5, 16-1 HL) closed out the frame with a 16-3 run to lead 28-15. The Titans shot 50.0% (6-for-12) from the field but were outdone by the Phoenix, who shot a blistering 70.6% (12-for-17) from the floor.

UDM held a 12-11 advantage in the second quarter to trail 39-27 at the half.

The Titans mounted a comeback to open the third quarter as O'Brien and Burton each hit a triple, followed by a layup and pair of free throws from Craig, cutting the deficit to six points, 45-39, with 6:05 left in the third quarter. Green Bay once again responded with a 14-0 run to take a commanding 20-point lead at 59-39 going into the fourth quarter.
