The Titans (3-6, 2-3 NEC) saw Wagner (1-11, 1-4 NEC) take an early 3-0 lead just four minutes into the game, but Mahabir stopped that run by setting up Bishop's goal. It was 4-1 in the second when the Titans put together their first 4-0 spurt to jump out in front. Mahabir had three goals in that charge and added his fourth later in the period.
A 6-6 score at the half was broken in the third as Parker gave UDM a 7-6 lead early, but Wagner answered with two straight to reclaim the advantage. Mahabir then ignited a 4-0 run that gave the Titans the lead for good. Moore followed with his first collegiate goal off a pass from sophomore
Julian Greendeer and then redshirt freshman
Marcus Thundercloud and Bishop found the back of the net for an 11-8 lead.
Parker recorded his first collegiate hat trick with two goals in the first five minutes of the fourth for a 13-9 lead, and freshman
Zach Gleason put the finishing touches on a season-high 15 goals by beating the keeper with just over five minutes remaining.
