DETROIT (5/14/2025) -- The University of Detroit Mercy saw its student-athletes put together another great semester in the classroom, with 16 varsity teams posting over a 3.0 GPA.

"All the credit goes to our tremendous student-athletes, head coaches, support staff, and professors," said Director of Athletics Robert C. Vowels, Jr. "More than 80% of our student athletes are at a 3.0 or better, and with the demands of being a student-athlete, that is an impressive feat."

Overall, the Titans recorded a 3.29 GPA as UDM had 30 student-athletes register a perfect 4.0, 165 garnering above a 3.5, and 232 with a 3.0.

Women's golf led the way among the Titan teams with a 3.72 team GPA. Men's soccer was second at 3.64, while women's soccer had a 3.58.
