DETROIT (5-16-25) – Detroit Mercy women's basketball Head Coach Kiefer Haffey announced the signing of transfer Allison Basye, who is the second student-athlete coming to the Titans from Northern Kentucky, along with Kailee Davis.

"I'm thrilled to welcome Allison to our Detroit Mercy family," said Haffey. "From the first conversation I had with her, it was evident she exudes what we look for in a recruit, which is someone who loves the game, loves to compete, and lives out championship habits. Allison's size, length, and skill set add versatility to our roster that allows us to play her in multiple positions. She can shoot, attack, rebound, play from a post-up and has done it in the Horizon League. She's a great addition that we're very excited about."
