NASHPORT, Ohio (9/30/2025) -- Redshirt sophomore
Ethan Oblak shot the best round of the day, and two Titans claimed top 60 as the University of Detroit Mercy men's golf team finished up the Virtues Intercollegiate on Tuesday.
Oblak posted a 2-over 74 in the final round on the strength of four birdies and nine pars. Overall, he was tied for 68th with a 234 (83-77-74).
Junior
David Swab led the team by sharing 52nd with a 228 (74-74-80), while junior
Gowtham Nalluri was 56th with a 229 (77-77-75). Nalluri had 10 pars and three birdies, while Swab led the team with 32 pars in the event.
As a team, UDM was 13th with a 919 (308-304-307) at the par-72, 7,243-yard Virtues Golf Club in Nashport, Ohio.
The red, white and blue will be back in action next week at Cleveland State's Tom Tontimonia Invitational.
