DETROIT (5/15/2026) -- The University of Detroit Mercy saw its student-athletes register another great semester in the classroom.

Overall, Detroit Mercy had a 3.39 department GPA, with 16 of the 17 varsity programs over 3.0.

Individually, 27 Titans earned a perfect 4.0 GPA, 176 recorded at least a 3.5, and 253 finished with a 3.0.

"I am incredibly proud of all of our student-athletes at the University of Detroit Mercy for not only a strong semester, but an outstanding academic year overall," said Betsey Walkowiak, Director of Student-Athlete Services. "Their commitment to excellence in the classroom reflects the culture we strive to build every day. I am equally grateful for our dedicated coaches and support staff, who prioritize academics and continue to empower our student-athletes to succeed both on and off the playing surface."
