2011 Cross Country: Shared team Dominick Taddonio MVP honors with Martin Nelkie... Opened season with runner-up/top collegian finish at Golden Grizzly Open running the 6k in 19:10... Top Titan finisher in three races: National Catholics- 60th-26:04; Guelph- 60th-26:09 and the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with best finish of 155th -33:40... 36th place Horizon League finish in 28:23.
2011 Outdoor: Shared team Most Improved Award with Brian Greenhoe... Opened with 5000m PR of 15:34.92 at Colonial Relays and lowered mark to 15:26.34 at Eastern Michigan... Made steeple debut taking 2nd in Oakland dual running 10:01.92 (#9 Titan)... Lowered steeple PR of 10:00.03 at Hillsdale... 9th place in Horizon League Steeple-10:04.92 and 19th in 5000m-15:58.58.
2011 Indoor: Titan indoor debut at Notre Dame running 5000m in 15:55.07…3000m PR of 8:54.65 at GaREAT Open and lowered it to 8:54.25 with 13th place Horizon League finish after a 15:53.91 18th place 5000m.
2010 Cross Country: Bounced back from injury plagued rookie year with strong varsity season... Made Cass-Benton debut taking 19th at Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invite in 21:18... 8k PR breaking 26 minute barrier running 25:57 at Louisville... 26:34 for 34th at Horizon League meet... 10k debut taking 157th at NCAA Great Lakes Regional in 33:47.
