2012 Outdoor: Won team Student/Athlete Award... Opened season with 1500m PR of 4:01.07 at Eastern Illinois (March 30-31) but didn’t get much luck or help in pursuit of a sub-4 effort the rest of season... 800m season bests of 1:55.95 at Bucknell (Apr. 13-15) and then 1:55.31 at Al Owens Classic (Apr. 20-21)... At Horizon League Outdoor Championships at Milwaukee (May 4-6), ran 800m of 1:56.24 for 16th and 1500m of 4:03.31 to place 11th.
2012 Indoor: Ran 7 PRs in his 9 individual races during the season... Opened with 5000m of 15:49.16 at Notre Dame (Dec. 2)... 3000m debut of 9:06.60 at the Chippewa Invitational (Jan. 13)... A pair at Youngstown State (Feb. 3-4) claiming the #2 spot on the Titan All-time list in the 1000m at 2:28.99 and then a 4:18.46 mile... 600m of 1:24.99 at Windsor (Feb. 11)... Edged his mile to 4:18.25 for 11
th in the Horizon League mile at Youngstown State (Feb. 25-26) and also lowered his 3000m to 9:01.81 both after his lead-off 1200m on the 6
th place DMR (10:32.59).
2011 Cross Country: Won team Coach’s Award, running at PR levels the whole season… 26:37 8k PR to open the 8k portion of schedule at National Catholics... Lowered mark to 26:20 at Louisville... Improved Horizon League finish by 18 spots taking 28th in a mud slowed 28:00… NCAA Great Lakes Regional finish of 189th with 10k PR of 34:54.
2011 Outdoor: Won section 2 of Horizon League 1500m leading the entire race with PR of 4:02.87 finishing 8th overall, after finishing 13th in 800m at 1:56.59… Lowered 1500m PR to 4:02.32 at Cardinal Twilight… Drake Relays ran a 4:25 split in 4x1600m to establish UDM Record (17:40.22).
2011 Indoor: Horizon League PRs in Mile of 4:19.85 for 11th and 800m of 1:55.80 for 12th…previously PRed in Mile running 4:22.75 at Silverston Invite…1000m PR of 2:34.23 for 6th at Windsor…opened season with 16:06.27 5000m PR at Notre Dame.
2010 Cross Country: Top Titan finisher at the Golden Grizzly Open, taking 11th (19:55-6k)... Set PR at Louisville (26:46-8k)... Took 46th place at the Horizon League meet running 26:53... Placed 191st at NCAA Great Lakes Regional (35:09-10k).
2010 Outdoor: Steadily progressed and culminated with big 800m PR to make Horizon League final... Set a PR (1:54.56) in prelims and finished ninth in the finals... Season-best 1500m time (4:06.78) came at Hillsdale... Made 5000m debut at Cincinnati (16:30.74).
2010 Indoor: Won team Most Improved Award... Ran a PR in the mile (4:25.58) at Grand Valley and lowered it to 4:24.36 at the Silverston Invite... Finished sixth at Windsor in the 1000m (2:34.93-PR)... Ran anchor 1600m carry on the fourth place Horizon League Distance Medley relay team... Also finished 14th in the mile at the HL meet.
2009 Cross Country: Earned first varsity letter…Titan debut as #3 Titan at the Golden Grizzly open taking 21st…Ran 8k PR of 26:48 at BGSU…Made Varsity 7 at HL’s taking 52nd… Selected to compete at Great Lakes Regional, but did not finish his debut 10k.
2008 Outdoor: Redshirt…Ran 4:04.12 1500m PR at EMU Twilight…Ran 2:00.44 for 800m at the Detroit Track & field Classic.
2009 Indoor: Competed once while redshirting running 4:39.92 Mile at Silverston Invite.
2008 Cross Country: Redshirt… Ran unattached 28:58 8k at Michigan Intercollegiate Open.
High School: Twice placed in the top five in the New York Section 6 Division 2 800m championships with a runner-up mark as a junior and a third-place tally as a senior.
