2014 Indoor: Helped the distance medley relay team set a UDM record and first place at HL Championships... Ran UDM-best split of 4:49.6 in 1600m of DMR... Won mile run at HL with a personal record of 4:55.12 and became just the fifth Titan to break the five minute mark... HL Runner-Up in 3000m in photo finish with time of 10:04.09.

2013 Outdoor: Shared team Student-athlete honors with Stephanie Cuniberti… Returned to action and moved into Titan Top 10 with 4:44.24 1500m PR at Toledo…  Finished in second place in 3000m versus Oakland with 10:23.61 PR… 5000m track debut of 17:36.62 (#2 Titan) finishing third at Sacramento... Lowered 3000m PR to 10:17.36 for 3rd at EMU... Lowered 5000m to 17:17.41 at Hillsdale... Was fifth place at Horizon League 5000m finish running 17:36.62.
 
2013 Indoor: Redshirt season

Prior To Detroit: Twice selected All-American, All-Region and All-MCCAA while at Macomb Community College...Macomb was ranked No. 1 in the NJCAA Top 25 Poll during the 2011 season...A part of the NJCAA Academic All-American Cross Country Team in 2010...Named to the Academic Team of the Year at the Annual Macomb Athletics Banquet as a freshman...Also ran track and field where she was a part of the National Championship Distance Medley Relay team...Received All-American honors in the 1000-meters and with the 3200-meter relay team.

High School: Earned All-State, All-County, All-League and Team MVP honors at Woods Tower…Set a high of school record of 18:57 at a cross country meet… Served as captain for two seasons…As a member of the track team, she set the school records in the 800m run with a time of 2:26 and the mile run with a time of 5:11.

Personal: Daughter of Joseph and Carmen Coppola... Hobbies include going out with friends and spending time with family.
