2016: Kevin Donner Team MVP and First Team All-Horizon League… Ran in all seven races and finished in the top two on the team all seven times, leading the squad in five events… Posted top 10-finishes in three races and was top 20 in five events… Became the 32nd Titan in school history to earn four varsity letters and the 16th to run in four NCAA Regional Championships… Started the year with a 4k career best of 14:32 for fifth at the Golden Grizzly Open… Clocked an 18:52 for 11th at the Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invitational, her best ever run at Cass Benton Park… Posted a 5k PR of 18:22 to place 12th among the Division I competition at the National Catholic Championship, the sixth best run in school history at Notre Dame… Claimed fifth in 18:41 at the Canisius Alumni Classic… Recorded a huge personal record at the 6k Horizon League Championship in 22:23 placing seventh with a run that ranks 17th in Titan history… Ran even faster at the 6k NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship registering a time of 22:16 – 13th in school history - for 105th overall… A member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll…
2015: Was on the course for the Titans in all seven races and scored in all seven meets… Ran the 5k under 20 in all five 5k events… Tallied a career best of 19:08 for seventh at the Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invitational… Led Detroit for the first time in her career earning 95th in 19:24 at the National Catholic Championship… Took 43rd at the Horizon League Championship with a time of 23:43… The No. 2 Titan at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship crossing the finish line in 23:59 for 171st… A member of the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll…
2014: Earned the Coach's Award... Took part in six of Detroit’s seven races, missing only the National Catholic Championship due to injury… Was in the scoring five in five events… Opened the season earning 13th at the Golden Grizzly Open in 15:37… Recorded her 5k season best time of 19:54 for 32nd at the 28th Annual Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invitational… Took 17th at the Canisius Alumni Classic with a time of 20:03… Finished 37th at the Horizon League Championship in 23:15… Ran 24:05 for 193rd at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship… A member of the Detroit Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
2013: Was the team’s Rookie of the Year… Ran and scored in all seven races on the season… Went under 20 minutes in three events… Made her collegiate debut at the Golden Grizzly Open placing 11th in 15:58… Finished third at the 27th Annual Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invitational in a time of 19:17, the No. 3 rookie debut at Cass Benton and the 13th best time by a UDM runner overall… Crossed the finish line in 19:19 at the National Catholic Championship for 53rd… Clocked a 19:30 for 65th at the Greater Louisville Classic… Was 44th in 20:12 at the Horizon League Championship and then took 177th in 23:47 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship…A member of the Detroit Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
High School: Earned four letters in cross country and three in track… Selected First Team All-Area and was All-State as a junior in cross country after taking 21st in the state championships in a personal best 18:45... Recorded the second fastest 5K time in Ludington High School history at 18:37… Was First Team All-Conference in 2010, 2011 and 2012 and Second Team in 2009… Also competed in the Footlocker Regional Cross Country race in 2011 and was a state qualifier as a senior... Named the Most Valuable Runner in 2009, 2011 and 2012 and was the Coach’s Award winner in 2010... On the track, she was the Lakes 8 Conference champion in the 1600m and was a Division 2 state qualifier in the 1600m and 3200m as a senior and 3200m in 2012… Named the Most Valuable Runner as a senior after earning First Team All-Conference in the 1600m & 800m and Second Team in the 3200-meter relay… Was Second Team All-Conference in the 1600m & 3200m as a junior... A member of the National Honor Society.
