2009: Earned her fourth Cross Country varsity letter becoming the 23rd harrier in school history to accomplish that feat…20:17 5k season best at National Catholics…60th-place finish at Horizon League Championships running 21:46 at Kensington…Placed 212th at the NCAA Regional at Indiana...A member of the Athletic Director's Honor Roll and the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2008: Won the team’s Coach’s Award, as she ran three PR’s and was top Titan finisher on two occasions…Voted to the Academic All-Horizon League team following the season...20:23 5k career best at Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invite, which she lowered to 19:40 at Louisville…Top Titan on back to back weeks running 20:09 at the Michigan Intercollegiate and then at Bowling Green with a 6k PR of 24:00…Placed 52nd at Horizon League Championship...Named Academic All-Horizon League as well as to the UDM Athletic Director's and the HL Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2007: Season best time of 20:56 at National Catholics...Finished 63rd at Horizon League championships. 

2006: Won team’s Kevin Donner MVP in her lifetime first season of cross country...5k PR of 20:29 for ninth at Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invite...35th place in Horizon League championship running a 20:59 on the muddy course...6k debut time os 26:08 for 198th at the NCAA regional. 

Prior to Detroit: A member of the fourth-place NCAA Division III 4x400m at Calvin College. 

High School: 2005 Michigan Division 1 400m state qualifier...2004 Michigan Division 1 4x800 state finals placing seventh place as well as a 400m qualifier.
Personal: Full name is Jennifer Marie DeFauw...Daughter of Paul and Marie DeFauw... father ran cross country for UDM from 1977-1980...Majoring in mathematics with teacher education and psychology minor with a 3.854 GPA.
