2010-11: Recorded first Horizon League win at No. 6 singles not allowing a point against Julia Kedrzycki from Green Bay (Apr. 8) with a 6-0, 6-0 performance... Member of the Horizon League's 2010 Fall and 2011 Spring Academic Honor Roll... Named to the 2010 UDM Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

2009-10: Solidified the back end of the Titan rotation with seven singles wins and nine doubles tallies…Was 6-6 at No. 6 and 3-3 in Horizon League matches…Earned her first career win in a hard fought fashion defeating Bowling Green’s Katelyn Grubb, 6-4, 6-7 (4), 10-6, a win that started a four match winning streak…Downed Butler’s Brittany Farmer, 6-4, 6-2, for her first conference triumph...A member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

Prior to Detroit: Attended Michigan State for a year… Played one year for Michigan State Club Tennis (2008-09)… 2008 graduate of Grosse Pointe South High School… Four-year varsity letterwinner in tennis… Earned First Team All-Michigan all four years with the Blue Devils… Earned GPSHS Coach’s Award senior season… Served as team captain in 2006 and ’08… Advanced to finals round of Division I state competition for #1 Doubles senior year… Qualified for Nationals with the club squad… Member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honors Society.

Personal: Daughter of Joan and John Capuano… Has three younger siblings, Alissa, Jake and Brendan… Majoring in biology.
