2011-12: Helped Titans to the No. 6 seed in the Horizon League Tournament and a first round match with No. 3 seed Milwaukee... Secured the clinching point at No. 4 singles with a 2-6, 6-4, 7-5 victory helping UDM to a 4-3 win... Finished with an 11-9 singles record in dual match play and 15 overall wins on the season... Went 6-2 in HL singles matches at the No. 4 spot... Paired with teammate Elena Strakhova at No. 1 doubles as the two went 5-3 in conference matches... Earned her second-ever Women's Tennis Horizon League Player of the Week Award on March 27 after a 6-0 overall week... Cornwell finished her three-year Titan career with 38 wins in singles play and added 39 victories in doubles contests... Named to UDM Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

2010-11: Paired with sophomore Carolina Salas Espinosa at No. 1 doubles to win four out of six matches to begin Horizon League play... Started at No. 1 doubles with Espinosa in all but three dual matches in regular season... Shared a team-high nine doubles wins including closing the year with five out of seven wins... Went 3-0 in doubles in the Horizon League Tournament. With Espinosa, started with an 8-2 win over Wright State's top pairing in the first round before taking down UIC's top duo 8-6, a win over the eventual Horizon League Champion. Finished the Tournament with a 9-8 (10-8) tiebreaker win over Butler's best doubles team helping the Titans to a third place finish in the league... Started 17 singles matches at either No. 1 (eight times) or 2 (10 times) ... Won Horizon League singles match at Valparaiso (Mar. 26) playing in the No. 2 position winning 6-0, 6-1 in a 7-0 team victory... Named to the 2010 UDM Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

2009-10: Named to the All-Horizon League second team…She led the Titans on the year with 17 singles wins and tied for first with 31 total victories… Also a near perfect 7-1 in singles league play…Played mostly at No. 2, 3 and 4 in singles on the season, but did her best work at No. 3 where she went 9-2 overall and 4-0 in the conference…Her first collegiate victory was over Youngstown State’s Nicole Haralambopoul, 6-3, 6-0, at the Bowling Green State Invitational…Garnered her first conference victory, 6-4, 6-4, against Wright State’s Masha Peresetsky, a win that started a seven-match winning streak and eight of nine ledger… Named the HL Player of the week on Jan. 19 after defeating  EMU sophomore Karina Ahuja (6-4, 6-4) at the No. 4 spot in singles competition, which came right after her 8-4 victory at No. 2 doubles playing with freshman Carolina Salas Espinosa…Earned a 6-4, 7-6 (2) triumph over Green Bay’s Morgan Weuve at No. 2 in UDM’s 4-0 sweep in the first round of the conference championships…She also teamed with freshman Espinosa for the most part at top doubles, recording another 14 victories, which includes the Mastodon Invitational doubles flight title in the fall.

2008-09: Sat out the 2008-09 season.

Prior to Detroit: 2008 graduate of Kettering... Named Division 2 All-Michigan in 2008, capping off a solid prep career… Reached second round of the state finals at No. 1 singles in final year at KHS… Played varsity golf in high school… Biggest tournament was an ITF event where she played singles and doubles, winning two doubles matches and received a world ranking in doubles.

Personal: Daughter of Tony and Tami Cornwell...Father, Tony, is a tennis player and instructor… Her two brothers were both nationally-ranked in tennis… Favorite professional player is Novak Djokovic... Majoring in communications.
