- In his first career National Catholic Championship, Schwab finished with a time of 28:26
Prior to Detroit Mercy:
- Earned letters in cross country, track and field and swimming and diving and was a captain in all three sports
- Helped his team to three regional cross country title and one state championship team
- A 2016 scorer for Michigan D2 cross country state championship team
- Part of a regional and state championship team in track and field
- A Michigan D2 All-State in the 4x800m in 2018
- Also a champion diver and holds two school records
- Academic All-State in all three sports
