Detroit head coach Ray McCallum announced on Thursday, Jan. 8, that senior forward Chris Hayes has been suspended indefinitely from the Titan men's basketball team for behavior detrimental to the team.

Hayes (Chicago, IL/Mt. Carmel) has played in all 13 games for the Titans this season, with two starts, averaging 3.7 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.

Coach McCallum and the UDM athletic department consider the matter closed and will have no further comment on the situation.
