ON TAP
Detroit will look to continue its current hot streak, welcoming Green Bay to the Motor City for a 1:00 p.m. tip Sunday.  The Titans are in the midst of a stretch that has seen them vault all the way into a four-way tie for third place in the Horizon League standings.

SCOUTING THE PHOENIX
Green Bay is fresh off its first road win of the season, a 53-48 win at Wright State Friday night.  UWGB had lost its first 11 straight road contests, but were an impressive 9-2 at home (one of those losses coming to Detroit). Sophomore seven-footer Alec Brown is Green Bay's all-time career blocked shot leader and is this year's top scorer (13.9 ppg).  Freshman sensation Keifer Sykes averages 10.1 points and 2.7 assists per contest.

THE SERIES WITH UWGB
Detroit owns the series lead against the Phoenix, taking 23 of the 41 all-time meetings.  In the first matchup this season, Detroit went on a game-closing 14-7 run to earn an 80-73 victory on Jan. 12.  Four Titans were in double figures scoring, led by 16 from Ray McCallum.  Jason Calliste chipped-in 14 with LaMarcus Lowe adding a then-career-high 13 and Eli Holman produced 11.   Holman also added nine rebounds in just 21 minutes of work.

WHAT'S NEXT?
UDM heads south on I-75 for a Wednesday battle with Wright State.  Next weekend sees the Titans play their final non-conference and regular season home game when they host James Madison in the Sears BracketBusters game (Feb. 18).  The season comes to a close the following week when Detroit visits Cleveland State (Feb. 23) and Youngstown State (Feb. 25).

LAST TIME OUT
Junior Jason Calliste hit a pair of free throws with 10 seconds remaining to cap a wild comeback that gave host Detroit a thrilling 58-57 win over Milwaukee at Calihan Hall Friday night. Detroit trailed by seven with under two minutes to play but forced a turnover-- its 25th of the night-- to eventually regain control and escape with the win.  Ray McCallum led all scorers with 18 points while Eli Holman added eight points and 11 rebounds for the Titans.  Calliste had a career-high-tying five steals to go along with 12 points.  Doug Anderson had 12 points and five rebounds for Detroit.

DETROIT TITAN COURT REPORT DEBUTS SUNDAY
Check out this season's fourth edition of the Detroit Titan Court Report on FOX Sports Detroit this Sunday at 12:30 p.m.  The monthly show that chronicles your favorite college basketball team will take a peek at the big win at Butler, will feature interviews with key Titan players and will include a fun segment that shows how well your coach can really shoot it.  Stay tuned after the Court Report for the noon tip against Green Bay.

TURNOVER MANIA
Detroit has turned the ball over fewer times than its opponent in each of the last 13 games.  This 7-2 record over its last nine games can be partially attributed to turning the opponent over at an increased clip.  The Titans have forced at least 15 turnovers in six of those contests, including a season-best 25 in the win vs. Milwaukee Friday.  Detroit is forcing nearly 17 turnovers per contest in this nine-game stretch.

IT'S FRI-DAY, FRI-DAY
The Titans certainly don't mind playing on Fridays, registering wins in four of five games played on the final day of the work week.  The lone loss on Friday for UDM was a tough 73-71 defeat at the hands of Valparaiso back on Jan. 6 at Calihan Hall.  All told, Detroit is outscoring its Friday opponents by 17.2 points per game.

NO THREES, NO PROBLEM
Detroit has had three different games this season where it has failed to make a three-point shot in a game.  While the first two ended in losses at Alabama (0-12) and at UIC (0-10), Detroit gutted out a win Friday vs. Milwaukee despite an 0-for-13 clip from deep.  The Titans are 5-3 this season when making two 3-pointers or less.

DID I HEAR A NINER IN THERE?
The Titans have won seven of their last nine games, the best nine-game stretch in head coach Ray McCallum's tenure.  Detroit has had several 6-2 stints in the past few seasons, but this 7-2 run is the best since the 2003-04 team ripped-off 10 straight wins from Feb. 4 to March 5, 2004.
