DETROIT (11/7/16) – The University of Detroit Mercy dance team will host a clinic for children in grades K-8 on Saturday, December 10, in conjunction with the women's basketball game against Western Michigan.
 
Dancers will have the opportunity to dance with the Titans after beginning the day with technical skills such as leaps, jumps and turns. Participants will then learn an exciting routine to perform alongside the dance team during halftime of the basketball game.
 
The cost to attend is $25 per child and includes a t-shirt and a snack, as well as a ticket to the basketball game, which begins at 1 p.m.
 
Registration begins at 10 a.m. and the clinic runs from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The clinic will be held at Calihan Hall in the Ed & Brooks Room on the second floor.
 
Participants are recommended to bring a t-shirt or tank top, jazz or tennis shoes, a water bottle and wear their hair out of their face.
