DETROIT (10/13/22) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's cross country team is back in action Friday, Oct. 14 from Bowling Green, Ohio for the 2022 Falcon Invitational at the BGSU Cross Country course on the campus of Bowling Green State University.
Last Time Out
The Titans last competed at the Live In Lou Classic on Oct. 1, a day which saw
Allison Sherman pick up her second win of the season as Detroit Mercy finished sixth as a team.
Kaitlin Murray and
Ayva Schmalz finished 22nd and 27th respectively to conclude the Titans in the top-30 that day.
Sherman, Schmalz,
Nina Pizzo,
Josie Arnold, and
Katie Anderla all finished with personal records at the Live in Lou.
Falcon Invitational
Anderla, Arnold, Murray, Pizzo, Schmalz, Sherman, and Wright will make the trip to Bowling Green as they compete in the Steve Price women's 6k starting at 4:30 p.m. eastern.
The awards ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. eastern following the conclusion of the men's 8k race.

Following the running of the BGSU Falcon Invitational, the red, white, and blue will take part in the Horizon League Championships hosted by Oakland University on Saturday, Oct. 29 from the OU Cross Country course.
