ROCHESTER (5/8/22) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's track and field team capped off the 2022 Horizon league Outdoor Championships from Oakland University on Sunday.Â
Two Decades In the Making
Mone Knowles finished fourth in the 100-Meter Dash finals running an 11.85 second time. She broke the program record of 11.89 seconds of Shireese Statin in 2000. Knowles joins Statin as just the second Titan to run a sub 12 second 100-Meter. It is the second time Knowles has run below a 12 second time this spring in a finals heat.Â
