WMU took an early 1-0 lead during the 19th minute and almost went up 2-0 in the final minute of the first half but a goal was disallowed due to offsides.
The Titans' equalizer was a thing of beauty as Myers slotted the ball down the right side line to Stanley at the 25 yard line. Stanley took the ball deep into the corner and sent a right-footed cross into the box to a streaking Lodato who slipped past two WMU defenders and connected on a header into the upper 90.
