FORT WAYNE (1/21/23) -- Mone Knowles won the 200-Meter Dash and
Micah Carey finished top-five in the Long Jump and Triple Jump to lead Detroit Mercy women's track and field at the Mastodon Invitational hosted by Purdue Fort Wayne on Saturday.
Knowles won the gold on a 26.04 second time, nearly a full second faster than the second place finisher.
Micah Carey scored second in the Long Jump at 5.31 meters and fourth in the Triple Jump at 10.06 meters.
Other Top Finishes
Zoe Madden finished in silver for the Long Jump at 4.91 meters.
Alexa Krauth earned third in the 60-Meter Hurdles at 9.48 seconds.
In addition to her gold in the 200-Meter, Knowles also scored third in the 60-Meter at 7.88 seconds.
