DETROIT (11/17/2023) -- The University of Detroit Mercy men's and women's track and field teams will prepare for the postseason with six meets as the Titans released their indoor schedule today.

The season will start in December with a trip to Notre Dame for the Blue and Gold Invite on Dec. 1.

After Christmas and New Year's break, Detroit Mercy will return to action at the SVSU Classic on Jan. 12 and at the Eastern Michigan Invite on Jan. 20.

After a week off, the red, white and blue will compete in the Akron Invite on Feb. 2, before heading across the border for the Windsor Challenge on Feb. 9-10. The final regular season meet will be at Michigan on Feb. 16 for the annual Silverston Invite.

The postseason will have the Horizon League Indoor Championships at Youngstown State on Feb. 24-25 and the NCAA Division I Indoor Championships in Boston, Massachusetts, on Mar. 8-9. 

The men will have 32 on the roster as they were fourth in the league's indoor and outdoor championships a season ago, while the women will have 30 on the roster as they look to improve on last year's eighth-place finish in indoors and seventh-place outcome at the outdoor conference championships.
