FORT WAYNE, IN. (2/27/23) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's track and field team saw four individuals put together top-eight performances at the 2023 Horizon League Indoor Championships hosted by Purdue Fort Wayne.

Top Finishes
Micah Carey scored bronze in the Long Jump with a personal best mark of 5.87 meters. 

Josie Arnold finished fifth in the 800-Meter at 2:18.03. 

Mone Knowles ran a 25.17 second time in the 200-Meter for sixth overall. 

Kayla Smith finished the Weight Throw at 15.79 meters, just 0.08 meters from tying her personal best which was set a week prior at the Silverston Invitational.
