INDIANAPOLIS, IN. (4/4/23) -- Elijah Major has been awarded Horizon League Male Runner of the Week for his performance over the weekend at the 2023 Oliver Nikoloff Invitational. 

Major scored two top-three finishes at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational on Saturday. He finished third in the 100-Meter with a 10.53 second time and took second in the 200-Meter at 22.07 seconds. His time in the 100-Meter is the top time in the Horizon League for the outdoor season while his 200 time sits third for the season. 

Major is the first Titan to win a weekly award for the outdoor season after fellow sprinter Dante Bassham secured three honors during the indoor season.
