DETROIT (11/12/2024) -- Eight regular season events will prepare the Titans for the postseason as the University of Detroit Mercy men's and women's track and field program released its indoor schedule on Tuesday.

The Titans will begin the season once again at Notre Dame in the annual Blue & Gold Invitational on Dec. 6 before taking some time off for Christmas break. 

When they return to campus, UDM will cross the border to Canada for the Can-Am Classic on Jan. 10-11. A couple of in state meets follow the next two weeks in the Saginaw Valley Classic and EMU's Bob Parks Memorial on Jan. 17 and 25, respectively, before ending the month at the Akron Invite on Jan. 31.

Detroit Mercy heads back to Canada for the Windsor Team Challenge from Feb. 7-8 and then travels to Grand Valley State for the Big Meet on Feb. 14-15.

The regular season will conclude at Michigan's Silverston Invitational on Feb. 21.

The Horizon League Championships are set for Mar. 1-2 at Purdue Fort Wayne, while the NCAA Division I Championships will take place in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on Mar. 14-15.

The women return 21 student-athletes and add 14 newcomers to a squad that placed eighth at last year's indoor league event, while the men were sixth and bring back 23 letterwinners to go with 15 newcomers.
