DES MOINES, Iowa (4/25/2024) -- Graduate senior and reigning President Award winner Allison Sherman continued to add to her legacy as she claimed a school record in the 10,000-meters at the famous Drake Relays.

Sherman was among the front runners right from the start as she clocked a time of 35:07.45 for sixth place. The time was a personal best by over a minute and beat the previous school record by 17 seconds in Kim Hemstreet's 35:25.41 in 2002 at the Stanford Track & Field Invitational.

She will now get ready for the Horizon League Championship next weekend.
