YPSILANTI, Mich. (1/25/2025) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's track and field team recorded a number of top-10 efforts as the Titans competed in Eastern Michigan's Bob Parks Memorial on Saturday.
Freshman Meghan Koss earned a pair of silver finishes in the 60-meters and 200-meters, running 7.73 and 24.97, respectively. It was just the second indoor sub-25 second time in school history and the fastest on a flat 200-meter track.
Freshman Audrey Williams claimed third in the 300m in 42.85, while junior McKenzie McNitt placed seventh in the 400m in 1:00.88.
Junior Zoe Morris shared fourth in the high jump clearing 1.60m.
Senior Evie Wright ran 10:26.00 for ninth in the 3,000-meters, while senior Nina Pizzo was 10th in the mile clocking a personal-best 5:11.93.
Detroit Mercy will now get ready for the Akron Invitational on Friday.
