DETROIT (3/12/2025) -- Three Titans netted hat tricks and both teams traded runs, but Lindenwood had the last charge as the University of Detroit Mercy women's lacrosse team dropped a 15-13 contest at home on Wednesday afternoon.

Alyssa Jarvis posted a career-high four goals. Junior
Libby Cuckler had three goals, two assists, and a career-high four ground balls, and senior
Leah Bodnar tallied three goals, an assist, two ground balls, and two draw controls.Â
Senior
Maddy Camm recorded three caused turnovers, four ground balls, two draw controls and two assists, while senior
Katie Bilello had two takeaways and two GB's.Â
Lindenwood (6-1) had an 11-8 lead in the third when the Titans (3-4) scored four in a row to take the lead. Jarvis started the spurt with a goal, and then Camm found Cuckler, who beat the keeper to make it 11-10 going into the fourth.

Meredith Leavell, Cuckler got her third score off a pass from freshman
Jaeda Jensen, and the game was tied at 11-11 at the 12:18 mark. A few minutes later, Bodnar set up Jarvis for her fourth, and UDM led with 8:46 left.
The Lions ended that run with a goal, but a rookie connection put the Titans back in front as freshman
Sophia Schwab fed Jensen and the red, white and blue had a 13-12 advantage with just 6:05 remaining.
Lindenwood then ended the game with three straight markers.
Leavell finished with 11 saves and a ground ball. Jensen had two goals and an assist, and Schwab ended with two assists and a goal.Â
The Titans won the battle of ground balls, 15-13, and were 22-of-24 on clears.
Lindenwood scored first and led 2-1 when the Titans went on a 5-0 run for a 6-2 lead early in the second, as Bodnar and Jarvis both had two goals in that span. The Lions countered with six unanswered before a goal by Jensen sent the game into the break with UDM trailing, 8-7.
Bodnar found the back of the net with 11:15 left in the third to get the team within one 9-8, but then Lindenwood extended the margin to 11-8.
Detroit Mercy will now hit the road for a Jesuit battle at Marquette on Sunday, with game time set for Noon.

- This was the third straight year that Detroit Mercy and Lindenwood played, as the Lions have won all three in the match-up
- It was the second hat trick on the season for Jarvis and the third in her career
