Junior Jada Clark scored in the high jump at the indoor championships.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (3/2/2025) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's track and field team saw a pair of student-athletes reach the podium as the Titans wrapped up the Horizon League Indoor Championships on Sunday.

UDM was 10th, registering 11 points at the league meet held at Purdue Fort Wayne.

Freshman Meghan Koss led the way, collecting four points by finishing fifth in the 200-meters in 25.10, while junior Jada Clark tallied a point, sharing seventh in the high jump, clearing 1.58-meters.

The 4x400-meter relay team closed the competition, taking eighth for a point as the quartet of junior McKenzie McNitt, sophomore Gabriela Gashaj, and freshmen Audrey Williams and Sofia Figueroa finished eighth in 4:01.95.

Senior Nina Pizzo just missed the podium placing ninth in the mile in 5:110.20.

Senior Zoe Madden earned 12th in the long jump at 5.21m, while freshman Lyla Mullins claimed 13th in the shot put, throwing 11.59m.

The Titans will now get ready for the outdoor track and field campaign, which will start in a couple of weeks.
