INDIANAPOLIS (10/6/2026) -- For the second-straight week, the University of Detroit Mercy women's golf team recorded a school record as play concluded at the Butler Fall Invitational on Tuesday.

The 905 score bested the school-record 917 it had last week at the NKU Fall Invite and is the best for a par-70 tournament, while the final-round 298 is sixth in school history and the lowest since a 296 in the second round of the 2013 Dolores Black Falcon Invitational.
Senior
Gabriella Tapp led the way by tying for 28th with a career-best 226 (76-75-75), tied for fourth in school history. She had two birdies and nine pars in her final round and led the squad with five birdies.
Sophomore
Ava Wisinski shared 31st with a 227 (76-78-73), while junior
