VERO BEACH, Fla. (3/14/2026) -- A pair of Titans are in the top 35 as the University of Detroit Mercy women's golf team finished up round two of NKU's Spring Fling on Saturday.
Detroit Mercy sits 10th with a 659 (332-327) at the par-72, 6,130-yard Sandridge Country Club in Vero Beach, Florida.
Graduate senior
Ariel Chang and senior
Taylor Kondel are both tied for 34th with a 164. Chang (83-81) had a rough start but rebounded with seven pars and a birdie in her last eight holes.
Kondel (86-78) had the best round so far for UDM with a 78 as she posted 12 pars on the afternoon.
Junior
Gabriella Tapp shares 39th with a 165 (79-86), while sophomore
Emma McKinley's 169 (84-85) has her tied for 49th.
The final round of the tournament will tee off tomorrow at 10:00 a.m.
