The tallest player in Titans history at 7-3, Bennett was the fourth seven-footer in school history and first since John Beauford played for Detroit in 1990-91…Played in 29 games with 20 starts…Tied for eighth in the Horizon League with 0.8 blocks per game…Started in the middle against Western Michigan ending the game with two points, a rebound and a block…Swatted away another two shots while netting four points at DePaul…Scored the game’s first six points against Saint Louis, ending the contest with eight points, three rebounds and two blocks, while playing a career-high 23 minutes…Blocked a season-high three shots against Bowling Green…Scored seven points at Valparaiso and followed that with six markers at Butler…Had four rebounds and a block at Wright State and two blocks and four boards against Valparaiso.

COLLEGE
Bennett helped Tallahassee (FL) CC to a 17-10 record last winter, averaging a whopping 3.7 blocks a game to go with 5.8 points and 5.4 rebounds… Prior to Tallahassee, Bennett played his freshman year at Kansas State under then-head coach Bob Huggins…As a Wildcat, he saw action in 27 games with nine starts, averaging 1.9 points, 2.6 rebounds and a team-high 1.9 blocks…He quickly showcased his shot-blocking prowess rejecting a freshman school record 50 attempts on the year, including a single-game school record eight blocks against Chicago State…

PERSONAL
In high school, Bennett was a first-team Florida All-State selection as a senior, helping the Apaches post a 169-22 record during his varsity career, which included consecutive Class 2A State Championships in 2005 and 2006…He helped ACD to a 27-3 record in 2005-06 and a No. 14 ranking in the USA Today Super 25 High School rankings… The school was not out of the USA Today Super 25 in his last two seasons and did not lose to an in-state rival in the last two and half seasons with Bennett in the lineup... A consensus Top 50 high school recruit... Rated as the No. 30 high school prospect, as well as a five-star recruit, on Rivals.com’s Top 150 and the No. 47 prospect by Scout.com... Nominated to the McDonald’s All-American team... Earned first team Class 2A all-state honors from the Florida Sports Writers Association as a senior... Also garnered second team all-state accolades from the organization as a junior as well as honorable mention distinction as a sophomore... Averaged 12.5 points, 13.5 rebounds and 8.0 blocks per game as a senior... Recorded a triple-double in four games in 2006…  His career aspirations include becoming a high school basketball coach...
