2015 Indoor: 5,000m best of 15:56.48 for 10th at SVSU Jets Pizza Invitational.

2014 Outdoor: Returned to active roster with a 10,000m at Cincinnati of 32:20.33… 3^rd in 3000m versus Oakland running 8:49.17… big 5000m PR at Bucknell of 15:00.44 (#8 Titan)… 6^th place in Horizon League 10,000m running 32:25.91, part of 4 Titans scoring in the event and then took 14^th in 5000m running 15:49.78.

2014 Indoor: Red-shirt… competed unattached running a 15:46.99 5000m at Grand Valley’s Tune-up.
 
2013 Outdoor: Did not compete… red-shirt.

2013 Indoor: Ran 3000m PR (8:53.83) for 3^rd at IPFW…lowered it to 8:48.17 for 6^th at Youngstown after running 15:43.18 in 5000m…Horizon League finishes of 11^th in 5000m with season best of 15:40.73 and 29^th in 3000m (9:13.44).
 
2012 Outdoor:  5000m PR of 15:24.89 at Al Owens Classic (Apr. 20-21) after opening with a 15:30.20 at Eastern Illinois (March 30-31), where he also ran 1500m PR of 4:12.37... 3000m PR of 8:51.67 for 4th in Oakland Dual (Apr. 7).
 
2012 Indoor:  5000m indoor PR of 15:29.20 finishing 17th at Horizon League and finished 25th in 3000m (9:03.41)... 3000m PR of 8:59.04 at Windsor.

High School: Named All-State in cross country for placing 13th overall in 2010... Represented Michigan at the Mid-East Meet of Champions... 2010 Regional Champion in the 3200-meter run... Regional scorer with a fourth place finish in the 3200-meter run in 2011.
