Finished 13th with 1,500m of 4:12.11 at HL Championships... 800m PR of 1:55.21 and 1,500m PR of 3:56.10 at Bison Outdoor Classic... Mile best of 4:21.45 to win at Detroit vs. Oakland Dual... 2016 Indoor: Member of Titan DMR team that took 4th in 10:08.56 at HL Indoor Championships... Finished 12th at HL Indoor Championships with mile of 4:22.48... Mile PR of 4:16.07 to win at GVSU Tune Up... 3,000m PR of 8:52.20 at YSU National Invite... 5,000m PR of 15:33.96 to win at IPFW Duals... 800m best of 1:57.85 at SVSU Jets Pizza Invitational.

2014 Indoor: Lowered 5000m PR to 15:44.67 at Notre Dame…5^th in Mile at IPFW running 4:25.91…Youngstown double of 3:06.1 1200m on DMR (10:21.41) and then ran 4:17.08 Mile PR for 8^th… PR double at Grand Valley with a 4:16.37 Mile and then 8:54.78 3000m… 3:02.0 1200m lead-off leg to help team again to Horizon League DMR runner-up finish (10:07.24 #5 Titan).

2013 Outdoor: Opened with a 4:08.27 1500m PR at Toledo…won Mile versus Oakland in 4:25.81…1:57.32 800m at Sacramento… EMU double of 4:04.89 1500m PR and 1:58.54 800m…ran 3:06 1200m leg on Drake Relays DMR (10:21.16)…Horizon League finishes of 13^th in 800m (1:57.02) and 18^th in 1500m (4:11.91).

2013 Indoor: All but two races on the season were PRs…5000m PR of 15:53.88 at Notre Dame to open season…4:30.74 Mile PR at Chippewa Open…8:59.56 3000m PR at Simmons-Harvey Invitational…4:24.68 Mile PR at IPFW…Ran 3:08.1 1200m leg of DMR (10:24.56) and then 4:18.52 Mile PR at Youngstown…2:32.04 (#9 Titan) 1000m PR at Windsor…1:56.03 800m PR at Grand Valley Tune-up… ran lead-off 1200m of 3:07.3 on Horizon League runner-up DMR (10:12.78) and finished 13^th in Mile at 4:24.79.

2012 Outdoor: Set 800m PR of 1:58.84 in Oakland Dual (Apr. 7)... 4:08.80 1500m PR at Al Owens Classic (Apr. 20-21)... Finished 21st with 1:59.90 in 800m at Horizon League Outdoor Championship in Milwaukee (May 4-6) and 23rd in 1500m (4:22.52).
 
2012 Indoor: Set indoor season bests at Horizon League Indoor Championships at Youngstown State (Feb. 25-26), running 2:00.93 for 16th in 800m and 4:43.02 for 24th in mile.

High School: 2010 state qualifier in cross country... 4x800 relay qualifier in track and field during the 2011 season.
